Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and cover initial planning and preliminary work.

If a client chooses to terminate a project after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to the termination date.

For ongoing maintenance retainers, cancellation requires [14 / 30] days’ written notice unless otherwise agreed.
